- Organizing technical training courses for Isuzu technicians
- Translating technical document into Vietnamese
- Supporting Isuzu Dealers for solving technical problems
- Working with Isuzu oversea team for training issues
- The other tasks are assigned by manager

- Supporting to check the warranty claim
- Evaluating and supporting the North dealers for 5S activities
- Receiving & feedback customer for technical issues
- Collaborating with Salesman of dealers to visit customer
- Doing basic training for dealer worker
- Consulting with head office for making monthly/quarterly/yearly policy
- Visiting fleet customer whenever requested

- Nghiên cứu và tóm tắt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật & quy định liên quan đến vấn đề đăng kiểm.
- Kiểm tra các tài liệu đăng kiểm để đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy tắc của công ty, tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và các quy định của Chính phủ.
- Tư hoặc và báo cáo cho các bộ phận liên quan về các quy định, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và quy trình đăng kiểm.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục nội bộ: Kiểm soát tài liệu đăng kiểm, kiểm soát tài sản

- Lập hồ sơ đăng ký sản phẩm xe mới
- Khảo sát, phân tích và đề xuất ý tưởng cải tiếng chất lượng thùng xe
- Thực hiện việc thử nghiệm và chứng nhận các sản phẩm mới
- Tư vấn các vấn đề kỹ thuật và quy định liên quan đến việc đăng ký sản phẩm ô tô tại Việt Nam
- Hỗ trợ quá trình phát triển sản phẩm mới của công ty

- Approve the daily orders and urgent orders of dealers
- Prepare the invoice for dealers orders
- Input data to system for internal using
- Make the dispatch and sent to dealers
- Arrange the payment for local parts procurement
- Follow-up the promotion incentive program monthly, quarterly
- Check evidences for promotion program
- Other tasks as direction of manager

- Translate for Japanese expert when visiting/meeting with customer/Dealer
- Translate document from Japanese to Vietnamese or Vietnamese to Japanese
- Make application, budget, business trip report

- Translate for Japanese Manager
- Support for Japanese Manager in daily task
- Support and translate for guest (prepare plan, hotel, transportation, meeting room, souvenirs and other procedure)
- Control and analyze monthly budget and report to accounting Department
- Prepare the business trip document (budget, cash advance, cash payment..) for Production Department.

Marketing
- Plan, execute & control PR/advertising campaign
- Copywriter/ create content for PR& social channels
- Manage Web & social channels
- Control & organize events activities ( For Isuzu a& Dealer system)
- Support to follow production, control stock for POSM/ gift away
Policy & Pricing issue
- Support policy & pricing issue
- Do the market data analysis to understand the market
- Other tasks as direction of management

Daily Legal operation:
- Conduct to research, update and keep alert of legal changes in relevant registration.
- Prepare, submit and follow up application dossiers to relevant authorities for any required license
- Handle claims, dispute from customers and business partner
- Provide legal advice to BOD, other departments of the company
- Assign and supervise the works of legal team
Legal risk and regulation compliance
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts, agreements, legal documents arising from the company’s operation.
- Report legal issues and risks of the company to BOD to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate actions will be taken.
