Mô tả công việc• Efficiently diagnose and identify a customer’s reason for contacting our partner, and provide the customer a direct path to solution, using the appropriate options provided by policy and process resources.
• Make the interaction easy for the customer (low customer effort) and aim to cre-ate a partner fan.
• Effectively upsell the appropriate product or service as a solution to the customer need.
• Ensure the customer issue is resolved at first point of contact whenever possible.
• Utilize active listening skills and deep product knowledge to educate customers on product features and benefits that help them realize the partner’s product val-ue proposition, and optimize the usage of their new and existing products and services.
