- Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle and respond as appropriate.
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence if request.
- Prepare and distribute various reports and documents.
- Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls, provide and receive information or refer the matters to the appropriate person to handle.
- Arrange for various meetings and take minutes.
- Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively.
- Make to proposals for extra/new project requests.
- Prepare Assets / FF&E / OS&E orders/support monthly inventory.
- Organize and control ordering procedures.
- Control / organize other operation with relative departments.
- Control all company SOP and Procedures.
- Prepare Weekly Duty Roster and Monthly Attendance.
- hỗ trợ on the food inventory count to cost control with head butcher.
- Support/ Control daily reports from kitchen such as operation/waste control/ revenue, etc.
- hỗ trợ daily internal transfers, Control phiếu yêu cầu (oder) Takers.
- Daily contact and exchange of information with the Executive Chef / All Kitchen department is obligatory.
- Other duties assigned by Executive Chef.
