Sales and CS Kindergarten

I. Main duties and responsibilities.
•    Check all facilities and equipments before a new school day starts.
•    Welcome and dismiss students and parents (welcome student duty as allocated in the mornings)
•    Use Kidsnote app to upload student daily school routine (attendance, medicine, upload photos, meal, nap time and other relevant items related to student daily school routine)
•    Support teachers during studying time and follow up the students’ learning process.
•    Good implementation of the care and education of preschool children according to assigned age groups and class groups. Establish and maintain standards of child behavior, which is essential for an effective classroom.
•    Be responsible for student’s safety during school time.
•    Be with students during eating time and nap time.
•    Co-operate with the teacher in preparing lessons and all other activities.
•    Take photos of students during class activities.
•    Plan, prepare and teach Vietnamese lessons based on MOET program (1-hour Vietnamese period, two periods per week).
•    Be responsible for student’s appreance before hometime (tidy hair, clean face, hands, feet and clothes).
•    Be responsible for maintaining the safety and beauty of your allocated area within the school.
•    Be responsible for maintaining the safety and beauty of your classroom’s bathroom and surrounding area.
•    Be available to assist with weekend school events.
•    Do after-school care as duty arranged.  
•    Take school shuttle bus as duty arranged.
•    Tidy up and arrange classroom at the end of day,
•    Clean up all class materials including toys, puzze mats, and student’s slippers on Friday.
•    In charge of classroom decoration, always ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.
•    Do other tasks assigned by the principal.
II. Other duties and responsibilities
•    Follow school policies and procedures.
•    Maintain a professional customer service focus.
•    Attend professional development sessions.
