QC Manager

In the role of the Quality Control manager, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure all shipped out products meet our customer specifications.
- Manage the Quality Control department.
- Analyse the defects and coordinate with production and merchandizing departments to formulate a plan to correct and improve.
- Quality Process:
- Discuss during the Daily Brief all reports of quality issues and possible solutions / preventions.
- Reports: regularly review internal and client’s quality reports, catch up the quality trends and improvement
- Problem Resolution: co-operate with other teams to identify the root causes of quality issues and provide support.
- Experiences in quality management system apply for fabric: Including visual & testing system: ISO, AATCC...
- Able to lead & train QC: Inspection & testing and develop training program, material to improve QC skills and knowledges.
- Able to analyze, develop the protocol and relation between incoming material to final products.
- Calculate and evaluate quality of bulk and development toward continuous improvement: Quality and time of development & production.
- Manage rootcause, issue, solution and prevention to the non-conformity products
- Optimize Product development flow via quality understandings.
- Be part of the Management Team and contribute to the success of the company.
- Other jobs as requested and assigned by the CEO

Working at: Cleandye VN – Hiep Phuoc industrial park - Nha Bè District – HCMC
Working time: 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, including one hour for lunch break.
Salary: From 35-40 mil/month.
