1. Create/modify/translate documents/letters as requested
2. In charge of immigration procedures for guests (if any): visa, work permit, residence card
3. Report to relevant local authority (Labor Department, Immigration Department...)
4. Check, monitor the monthly expenses: office renting, stationery, telephone, courier, taxi, drinking water
5. Check, monitor, control the admin service contracts, remind for expire date, renewal
6. Check and compare the prices to get approval before purchasing any items under Admin function or booking air-tickets, car, hotel for business trip
7. Book the car, air tickets, hotel, airport pick-up for guests or business trips as requested
9. Prepare the necessary things for newcomers such as entry card, email, key, stationery
10. Arrange lunch and office supplies.
11. Responsible for collecting employees’ profiles when joining & preserve with confidential
12. Check, investigate, and prepare necessary documents for related government offices such as insurance, tax, union
13.Other assignments as requested from Manager
