Purpose of the role: To drive sales and promote MM Publications' ELT Books in the Vietnamese market.
Key tasks:
Develop and Expand Sales: Proactively acquire new customers and grow sales by reaching out to universities, schools, and private language centers across Vietnam.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, addressing inquiries, providing product support, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Product Training: Conduct product training sessions for customers' staff to enhance product knowledge.
Administrative Duties: Complete essential administrative tasks, reports, and follow
- up activities related to customer visits.
CRM Management: Regularly update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for accurate record
- keeping.
Marketing Assistance: Collaborate in the development of the Vietnam Marketing Plan, providing insights from the field.
Event Participation: Represent the company by arranging product displays at BELT and Education events, conferences, and seminars as required.
Compliance and Training: Attend required compliance and product training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and MM Publications' offerings.
Skills and knowledge:
IT Proficiency: Demonstrate good IT skills, including office applications and databases.
Bilingual Communication: Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Presentation Skills: Display strong presentation abilities to effectively convey the value of our products.

Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, and a preference for experience within the publishing or education sectors.

Hold a Bachelor's degree (BA) from a university.
