We’re seeking a Sales Manager with an exceptional track-record to join our growing sales organization. You will be
responsible and accountable for building and leading a team of high performing Account Executives to achieve their
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ultimately achieve revenue goals. The right candidate will act as a
strong player-coach, carrying a quota and inspiring and motivating the team to deliver the right results.
Job Description:
- Managing sale force for approach foreign company office and factory in Vietnam to achieve company target
- Developing sale strategy to develop and expand company in the market
- Being responsible for team sales target, market coverage
- Coaching Sales Representative to do with direct sales job, handle objection and difference from customers
- Leading, motivating and inspiring virtual teams to successfully execute client strategies and tactics to maximize
sales effectiveness and increase win rates.
- Managing, developing, being responsible for the performance and development of the sales staffs
- Conducting on-on-one review with all sales staff to build more effective communications, to understanding
training and development’s needs, and providing insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance
- Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by sales staff
- Recruiting, testing, and hiring sales staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines

Yêu cầu công việc

- Relevant degree qualification e.g. business, marketing, technology
- 5+ years of Direct Sales experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and
- Extensive experience in working with high-performing sales individuals
- Demonstrates aptitude for innovation and appreciation of client business drivers
- Strong business planning and coaching/instilling business discipline skills woven with ability to encourage sales
team to develop and implement targeted plans.
- Must have a passion for sales and solution selling, solid leadership and teambuilding presence, and be
customer satisfaction obsessed.
- Fluent English
