1. Customer Service
- Implement and enforce the AGM policy in the interests of customers
- Introduce products to customers and actual promotion mechanism of the on-going campaign
- Control the presentation, the cleanliness and the storage for a perfect fit of the department from the opening to closing
- Offer the best choice with good orders and reception at the good time in respecting the schedule approved to minimize out of stocks case.
- Set up a readable presentation, product display that facilitates the clients choice and purchase with respect of assortment structure (number of items by category, number of facing, etc)
- Highlight the products in promotion, help creating the event to attract and retain customers
- Alert Store Manager, CRM supervisor of customer complaints and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Optimize the good relationship with the customers to retain loyal customers and increase average basket
- Promote the values of AGM & identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers
2. Economic performance
- Set goals (results of TO, damage rate) for your department together with Store Manager
- Conduct ongoing analysis of the results: turnover, margins, daily costs, inventories, personnel costs, overheads.
- Monitor orders according to forecast and stock of goods and decrease the number of outs of stock to the maximum
- Implement and enforce procedures of products reception, storage, ordering and shelving in respecting of the good procedures
- Help to create attractive promotion display in seeking performance => to show initiative in this area
- Control the shelf-life in respect of FIFO, expiry dates of the products, immediately remove the products that are visible deterioration or unfit for consumption, as well as expired goods if any
- Watch and make sure that the goods to be sold in your department are in strict compliance with the law and any regulations or standards
- Ensure that the obligations of display, labeling and billing with correct & enough price tags, labels, product information
- Implement the site plan and planograms
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
3. Staff management
- Provide for the team organization (schedule, number of staff, tasks ...) in relation to events and seasonality by a good approach: study the offer, setting quantities, delivery dates, planning locations of centers of attraction, size of facings ...
- Supervise the work of the team on the following tasks: cleanliness, service standard, shelving, facing, etc
- Expandthe versatility and knowledges of employees
- Explain and join the team to various changes (respect offlow of goods, procedure, reception, planograms ...) by using the communication
- Organize the evaluation of team by performing the following report: 1 KPI report per month for the store staff with the validation of the SM
- Identify career development opportunities, encourage mobility in the store and beyond, depending on the opportunities and processes set up by the company
- Provide training as needed
- Develop team spirit and conviviality in store.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees as required
4. Others:
- The maintenance of assets, respect the rules of safety, health and other laws and regulations
- Study the competition and customers behaviors (observation practices, benchmarking of new ideas, price competition ...)
- Search for any point of improvement, identify the actions plans
- Other tasks are given by Store Manager/AGM Director
