IPSIP is looking for 4 Technical support who will be responsible for providing support to field engineers and product support personnel for computer systems, software, or networked systems. >>> Key Requirements: *** English Fluency *** At least 2 years experiences with API Request, SMTP *** DNS Configuration, Accounts and Subaccounts *** Familiarity with email structure, security concept such as Spam, Bounce, Block *** Usage of tools, logs and support tools needed to analyze system issues >>> Key Responsibilities: ● Assist clients/prospects through several adapted channels (email, live chat,telephone) regarding: ○ Technical implementation (SMTP, APIs, Plugins); ○ Configuration (DNS, accounts and subaccounts, etc.); ○ Other requested information. ● Ensure the correct resolution of incident tickets; follow the evolution of the incident until it closes; ● Provide feedback/key information to other teams (technical, marketing,...) after identifying and analyzing incidents; ● Spot recurring issues and find a way if possible to workaround the issue, and in all cases, report it to the appropriate team; ● Participate in the quality review of the Level 1 agents tickets.

* IT Customer Support 1-2 years experience * TCP/IP, Networking knowledge is mandatory * Familiar with ticket workflow, knowledge-based systems * Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills * Working hour ICT timezone, willing to follow up ICT timezone * Possible to take on-call duty during weekend
