Technical Support Level 3 Engineer
- Good in English communication.
- Train, mentor and supervise other Engineers when being assigned.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced Unix System Administration preferably Linux based.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledgeable of HTTP Protocols and REST API.
- Knowledgeable monitoring systems such as Icinga (Nagios), Zabbix, and/or Sensu/graphite.
- Understanding of network monitoring tools: Zabbix, Kibana, PRTG or an equivalent system.
- Knowledgeable of webserver Technology such as Apache, NginX, and/or Tomcat.
- Knowledgeable load balancers such as F5 and/or HAProxy.
- A Scripting/Programming Language such as Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, and or Java. Prefer: Python.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and trace logs.
- Understanding of Ticket Management tools: Zendesk, Freskdesk is a plus.
- Database: Oracle, SQL.
- Working based on Shifts Transfer.
- On call possibility.
- Can work onsite if required.
Technical Support Level 2 Engineer
- Very good in English communication.
- Train, mentor and supervise other Engineers when being assigned.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Application Insight.
- Knowledgeable of OOP, HTTP Protocols, web services and SOAP API.
- Understanding and usage of incident management systems such as Zoho Desk as well as project management tools such as TargetProcess.
- Strong knowledge of database technology such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Extensive experience in supporting application written in .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, C#, and VB6.
- Knowledge and usage of tools such as GitHub, TeamCity and Octopus.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and trace logs.
- Strong sense of curiosity and ability to quickly & eagerly learn the inner working of applications are musts.
- Can work onsite if required.
Technical Support Level 1 Engineer
- Very good in English communication.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of incident management tools such as Zoho Desk.
- Knowledgeable of database technology including SQL Server and MySQL.
- Knowledgeable of OOP, web services and SOAP API.
- Knowledgeable of programing languages such as .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, Angular, C# and VB6 is a plus.
- Working based on Shifts Transfer.
- Can work onsite if required.
- Working time: night shift.
