Mô tả công việc1. Communication: Disseminate a scientific, accurate & qualitative information to Physicians / Pharmacists / Hospitals & Pharmacy’s staff:
a) Having perfect knowledge about product indications attributes, mechanism of actions,
pathologies and clinical trials
b) Ability to handle the accurate scientific information in order to identify the prescription’
factors to meet their needs.
c) Utilize the scientific materials to communicate to the healthcare population and deliver key
messages within approved detail aids, leave behind, scientific booklets, …
d) Actively participating in training and promotion simulation (role play).
2. Territory business management:
a) To implement sales strategy & tactics ( marketing plan) for optimal sales:
- Investigate and analyze the opportunities to build up / follow up & implement the Action
Plan for developing IPSEN Pharmaceutical specialities in the assigned territories.
- Establish and strengthen the relationship with Customers in the assigned territories.
- Follow up Sales achievement vs sales target in unit and in value.
- Propose and discuss with District Manager how to enlist, win the tenders and follow up
closely in assigned territories.
- Organize the roundtables & present the scientific information.
- Involve actively in symposia/ workshops organization (target invitation…) & be present
during the communication
- Conduct competitors / market analysis and report it.
b) Segmentation and targeting – ETMS:
- Understand and use the ETMS tools
- Propose/submit periodically a call plan objective and implement it. To be validated by DM
- Update the territory customers segmentation matrix, call record, comments continuously.
- Follow up Call effectiveness vs Sales achievement and vs Sales target
- Follow up the budget and ensure resources are directed to customers with greatest potential
- Explore and expand new customer base in line with SFE guidelines.
3. Build up an ethical image of Ipsen’s Professional Sales Representative:
a) Build a trust & credibility image with customers by demonstrating professionalism acting.
b) Participate in the company’s education training, meetings, meetings, events to improve and
develop individual competences.
c) Comply with Vietnamese Pharmaceutical Association Ethical Standards, IPSEN Vietnam
Representative Office’s Ethical Code, Commercial Policy and Regulations, Pharma Group
Code of Conduct
d) Fulfil any additional task if requested by District Manager / National Field Manager.
Yêu cầu công việcEducation:
- Ideal: Pharmacist / Medical Doctor in the University degree
- Minimum: Pharmacist/ Physician in the intermediate level & 2 year-sales experience.
- Languages: Ability to communicate in English
- Ideal: 2 years experience in sales in pharmaceutical industry.
Communication (Level / Nature):
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality and dynamic
- Aptitude to build quickly relationship with our customer
- Capacity to drive the territory independently
- Passion about convincing
- Drive to reach the company’s targets
- Internal contacts: working team; participative and adaptability
- External contacts: keeping long-term relationships.
