JOB SCOPE
Be responsible for providing back-office-supporting tasks to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting daily back office operations, including secretarial and clerical tasks such as:
 Answer all incomings calls and handle caller’s inquires
 Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
 Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and arrange the meeting room accordingly
 Ensure all merge expenses and travel expenses have approval.
 Fixed Assets management: maintain and update office’s fixed assets list
 Petty cash: to be responsible for any cash transactions (advance, pay & receive including premium, claims) and to make monthly petty cash report

The primary scope of this role is to assist Senior Claim Manager in advising and assisting clients in claim related issues to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

 JOB SCOPE:
The primary scope of this role is to assist CEO and Country Sales and Specialties Leader for data management, infrastructure, process, strategy of Sales operations. This position will create and implement high quality reporting and insights to advise our internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

1. DATA MANAGEMENT:
• Manage CPU team to control the quality of data input into E-Global including Broking module, client information, and report to business heads on a monthly basis;

2. SALESFORCE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION:
a. SFDC:
• Weekly review all pipeline activities to ensure user compliance on

 Close date
 Effective date
 Stage versus probability.
• Check the close won in SFDC versus Actual in Eglobal on monthly basis
• Implement the Global/Regional projects, if any
• Training new and existing staff, if and when required Quarterly “refresher” course

• Ensure unadjusted amount to “2.5 times” metric once budget allocated
• Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to create pipeline visibility and building forecast.

3. SALES OPERATION:
