- Objectives setting and framing / Execution:
o Be project leader or contributor (in accordance with methods and tools and in line with the DM)
o Be accountable for the reliability of the results and the conclusion / recommendations of the trials
o Defines and sets-up a trial plan for the DM, Product & Process / Packaging Coordinator (with support from the DM, if needed)
o Be responsible for the respect of planning and procedures when performing trials. He/she can plan and optimize his/her activity, taking both DM requests and factory constraints into account
o Processes data and writes trial reports. He/she shares conclusions and recommendations with technical project leaders or project teams
o Be accountable for the validation of the performance levels; OEE, Waste %, Overweight, COP, etc..… and to take these data in account during the decision process (Reco, Tech GO…)
o Be accountable for updating specifications and technical / process data (SAP, Quality system, control plan within the factory…)
o Be in charge of making diagnoses and continuous improvements in accordance with the deployment of the BMM program
o Communicates ideas / proposals concerning the projects managed by DM and Product & Process / Packaging Coordinators
o Be a key person in the implementation of projects (Innovation, Renovation, Cost-saving…), change management and training of operators
o Reports on current and future workload, giving visibility on the project portfolio to the DM
o Improves the current packing processes in order to increase quality and productivity
o Provides technological support to production. He/she motivates people in the factory for technology
o Works on trouble shooting in the factory (cheese, etc…)
o Knows what is going on like problems, changing of parameters, etc.
o Be up to date on new innovations and initiates/presents them to operations

JOB PURPOSE
Bel Asean is today managing 2 management markets: Vietnam market and ASEAN export market. The Financial Controller of Vietnam market will
• Act as the business partner to commercial team of VIETNAM market by providing financial data and practical advice on all financial topics.
• Contribute to business decision making by developing ad-hoc financial analysis or financial simulation to support the business partner.
• Control the budget and ensure efficient investment on all the budget lines of the VIETNAM market
• Deliver on time and accurately the full management P&L of VIETNAM market
• Take lead in budgeting and forecast process for the VIETNAM market, in close coordination with the business partners
• Coach, develop, train team members
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
o Act as the business partner to commercial team of VIETNAM market by providing financial data and practical advice on all financial topics.
o Contribute to business decision making by developing ad-hoc financial analysis or financial simulation to support the business partner.
o Control the budget and ensure efficient investment on all the budget lines of the VIETNAM market
o Validate all expenses proposal and contracts of the market, according to the Company’s authorization matrix, in light of budget and company’s policies.
o Deliver on time and accurately the full management P&L of VIETNAM market
o Review financial data (monthly, annual), perform variance analysis and ensure accurate accounting in close coordination with Accounting Manager
o Deliver on time and accurately the full financial analysis and reports of VIETNAM market.
o Take lead in budgeting and forecast process for the VIETNAM market, in close coordination with the business partners.
o Manage Commercial and IT CAPEX budget
o Coach, develop, train team members
o Implement within the perimeter all rules and initiatives related to internal control

Execution
- Payable report: Aging balance & GR/IR open items reporting & analyzing. Propose awareness to team members for action. Follow-up action plan with team to close long AP & open GR/IR
- Revaluation of trading inventory: Calculate actual value of trading goods for month-end re-evaluation.
- Reconciliation of Goods in-transit for ICP
- Posting journal voucher in general ledger
Accounts Payable management
- Review the accounting entries made by other Payable Accountants (link to GR/IR items), ensure
– correct treatment of the transaction scenario vs defined processes in SAP system
– compliance with company’s and finance operating procedures
- Improve efficiency of process & collaboration with cross function
- Collaboration & management with business partnering in Japan + Korea
- Supervise the AP team & advise solution for issue occurred
- Analyse open purchase order in order to identify any long open PO which can imply an undeclared liability
- Ensure cash payment process followed internal procedure
Account Receivable management
- Review the entries made by the AR accountant & Customer Service team on the sales flow.
- Advise the AR accountant if there is any issue happened
General accounting management
- Ability to communicate result to cross function team, be able to explain for result.
- Anticipate potential issue & collaborate with biz partner to provide solution for issues.
- Analyze cost of trading goods & coordinate with controlling team for analysis if any
- Review Fixed assets with fixed asset accountant to ensure capitalization process followed group rules
Financial reporting
- Assist manager in review & analyses financial statement to ensure month-end financial package submitted correctly
- Submit month-end financial package in BPC to group, fill all the necessary forms in the consolidation platform
Internal Control
- Implement the relevant internal controls within the accounting scope and ensure strong compliance to internal control measures.
- Provide recommendation to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Taxation:
- On-time and accurate submission of tax-pack in group package

- The ASEAN Business Development Manager reports to the ASEAN Sales Director
- Geographical scope: ASEAN countries excluding Vietnam, within active countries: Philippines-Singapore-Cambodia-Indonesia- Thailand, to be extended to furthermore ASEAN countries depending Strategy.
- Aligned with ASEAN Region targets and Marketing/Sales Strategies, the ABDM develops the sustainable/profitable Sales Business for the defined key ASEAN countries, out of Vietnam, to reach the Operational targets given by ASEAN Sales and Marketing Directors.
- Propose and be active actor of ASEAN countries (he/she is in charge) Budget process (Year- MTP,..)
- Manages, challenges the Customers/Distributors for assigned ASEAN countries within assigned Sales Budgets.
- Proposes, manages and lead RTM strategies for market or category plan/objectives in short-middle-long term.
- Accountable for Volume, CAN & Margin objectives and value chain consistency across dedicated ASEAN countries within frame/targets given by ASEAN Sales Director (Volume – GtN) and Marketing Director (A&P , portfolio priorities,…)
- Accountable for supporting/animating/ managing distributors to achieve & deliver a monthly/yearly local sell out target across countries/region/channel
- Manage coordination with all internal BEL stakeholders: Sales – Marketing – Supply Chain – Finance, Regulatory – Industrial & Quality
- Responsible for advising/managing/optimizing implementation of all trade activities on dedicated active ASEAN markets through distributors.
- Responsible for advising/optimizing weight and numeric distribution / coverage per Distributor, countries under his/her assignment.
- In charge of ASEAN Export KPI’s, involving and leveraging distributors, in monthly S&OP’s meetings
- In charge of supporting distributors to provide accurate rolling forecast monthly / M+3 Yearly aligned with ASEAN Supply chain teams and Distributors/market demand.
- Responsible to ensure “healthy” stock management (shipment vs LS) providing weekly/monthly report to Sales Director / Marketing/ SC (Shipment and local sales) for dedicated ASEAN countries.
- Drive distributors to ensure our ASEAN Sales & Marketing strategies are implemented properly by our distributors
- Build, strengthen and professionalize the network of Distributors (permanently assess and challenge current ones, and, in case of business risk, recommend any optimized set up if necessary, …)
- Implement tools, processes and relevant trainings to ensure best efficiency of our distributors.
- Aligned with BEL ASEAN Marketing Management, Manage, assess, challenge, recommend most accurate SKU portfolio by country, Distributor, channel.
