Mô tả công việc

1. ITP Review
(1) Review design with PE and TE if a new tooling.
(2) Follow up with PE for patterns
(3) Prepare materials (based on ITP) for sample trial
(4) Follow up sample making through all process.
(5) Review pattern trial with PE & sample room for concern / issue.
(6) Summarize issues / communicate with Beaverton
(7) Ensure all necessary information prepared for costing, review CBD / PE% to nike requirement.
(8) Update project status on Bi-Weekly report.
2. CAM / CAF / GTM sample stage
(1) Review revision with PE and TE if a new tooling.
(2) Follow up with PE for pattern update
(3) Receive & review BOM and CAD
(4) Communicate with Beaverton developer for discrepancy between BOM / CAD for clarification.
(5) Communicate with internal related depts for preparation of Digao / materials ordering / color swatch checking.
(6) Follow up sample making through all process.
(7) Review pattern trial with PE & sample room for issue
(8) If a new tooling is applied, have to check part pressing.
(9) Communicate with Beaverton for issues of pattern / materials / quality. Ensure material released with MCS#, Lab test.
(10) Ensure all necessary information prepared for costing, review CBD / PE% calculation to nike requirement.
(11) Provide cost saving options whenever is needed.
(12) Ensure samples shipped on time as per Nike request
(13) Update PCM accordingly – FSI
(14) Update project status in weekly report.
(15) Follow up on Wear Test Sample / result, IDS report.
(16) Upload files of upper pattern / tooling 2d & 3d upon revisions
(17) Communicate with JV team for support.
3. RFC Stage
(1) Ensure MBOM released on time to prepare digao and color swatch for production.
(2) Prepare pre-RFC package for Beaverton developer
(3) Anticipate RFC trial with Commercialization team.
(4) Upload PFC to nike system.
4. Confirmation Stage : Ensure to get confirmation samples and color swatches made & confirmed prior to production
5. EXT Trial : anticipate EXT trial
6. FSR Trial : anticipate FSR trial

Yêu cầu

* Skill:
- English is a must, Chinese is plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problems solving skills
- Ability to work with limited sometimes ambiguous direction.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement ideas project construction
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Understanding of development process, as well as manufacturing processes
- Ability to initiate and lead team meetings
- Knowledge of math involved in costing, pricing
- Ability to work with and understand diverse cultures
- Knowledge of 2D/3D tooling file
- Knowledge of pattern construction
- Capable to handle development of project level A-F independently
- Capable to run commercialization of project level F+ / D.
* Education and Major:
- College or above Major in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
- English fluency in both verbal and writing
- Advanced MS Office skills and database skills with the ability to learn internal systems and programs.
* Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience of development related in footwear field.
* Salary: 10 - 15 million
