Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to maintain and improve efficiency
of operations.
1. Support process / production team in the timely production of quality product
 Maintain accurate layout of area assigned.
 Maintain capacity model with bottleneck operations identified for are assigned.
 Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available.
 Accurate assemble operation method training for operator.
 Assures production tooling, processing equipment and workstations are available and
maintained.
 Coordinate layout and workstation move activities.
2. Monitor and continuously improve the daily efficiency, productivity and quality of
manufacturing processes for assigned areas.
 Improves safety and throughput by modifying tooling, processing fixture and workstations.
 Coordinate layout and workstation move activities. Prepares time estimates for proposed
projects and evaluates time factors.
 Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective action to
improve or correct the operations.
 Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production
costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of
workers and tooling/fixture.
 Make time study for some code or process and improve the production process balance.
 Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials
and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work
stations and equipment, make special tooling or fixture.

1) Assembling the new molds, check and make decisions to ensure the quality of mold assembling

4) Coordinate with other groups in the factory such as Machine shop, Design, Engineering, QC to
improve the mold to reach the best quality of molds

5) Regularly check the mold status, plan for periodical maintenance of molds and mold staus report

6) Provides work direction and training for less experienced technicians / worker to help improving
their knowledge and skills

Học (Ergonomics)

1) Lead a project independently from concept into production.
2) Propose test cases or relevant test methods.
3) Setup and complete testing independently.
4) Analyze data, draw conclusions.
5) Communicate and discuss findings with customers and colleagues and take action.
6) Good understanding of technical aspects of in-house processes relevant to EWI’s products (i.e
injection molding, printing on plastic, wire harnesses, PCB assembly, stamping, plastic coloration,
etc.);
7) Familiar with outside supplier processes and requirements, with ability to learn more as needed
through independent research and training (e.g. mold making, printing, extrusion, metals &
coating);
8) Strong 2D and 3D drawing skills, ability to create 3D models from samples;
9) Ability to work with outside suppliers to develop products on-time that meet requirements;
10) Microsoft Excel or other statistical tools – ability to use advanced functions such as ‘lookup and
reference’, statistical and engineering analysis, ability to communicate data and results in a clear
and professional way.
11) Conduct specific tasks for BOD and Engineering Manager.

1) Controlling and making import and export plans.
2) Deal with customs officer for clearance. Keep track of the import - export goods.
3) Handle all documentation and procedures of the import -export process.
4) Take care of liquidation of import.
5) Set up and manage Shipment and Order Schedule. Handle any shipping problems with the
transportation agent.
6) Communicate shipping schedule with foreign suppliers and customers for import/export. Take
care of customer’s claims.
7) Keep track stock availability and market situation to make import & export plan for the required
goods.
8) Prepare the contracts & annexes for import/export if required.
9) Contact forwarder or shipping agent: booking space; getting name of the vessel; checking the
B/L
10) Dealing with other department to process import/export shipment smoothly.
11) Work on other tasks requested by Logistics Supervisor.

1) Manage a team of sourcing officers: recruit, train, assign work, evaluate, and resolve
problems.
2) Drive project quote start, creation, and submission to the RFQ Team.
3) Obtain and review customer documentation for accuracy and completeness. Follow-up with
customer with feedback and questions.
4) Ensure that products are quoted on-time and competitively. Target to win at least 15% of new
electronic opportunities.
5) Report out on quote status, internally and to external customers; inform customers of delays.
6) Support electronic project engineers by quoting parts added to production BOMs.
7) Ensure that products are quoted accurately to support NPI development and production
implementation.
8) Ensure continual improvement of the global quoting process.
9) Respond to customer expectations and feedback.
10) Perform other tasks assigned by the Electronic Manager.

- Coordination with engineers/leaders to develop maintenance plans for equipment, machines to make sure production runs smoothly during working time
