- Assist clients at every stage of their file preparation;
- Assist company staff regarding legal and administrative research (draft papers, prepare memorandum for clients, update legal news for the company);
- Prepare the required legal and administrative documents for the company;
- Translate contracts and other legal and administrative documents for the company, if necessary;
- Accompany clients to meeting with lawyers when required;
- Coordinate with the Vietnamese government authorities, when necessary, to file or obtain the necessary documents for company;
- Participate in general activities organized by the firm such as seminars, events, training sessions, in Vietnam, if necessary;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree;
- Previous experience in immigration applications;
- Excellent English (verbal and writing);
- Excellent skills with computer office software (Word/Excel/Outlook);
- Team worker;
- Professionalism;
- Methodical and orderly;
- Able to handle multiple tasks;
- Integrity;
- Able to multitask across different departments;
- Good communication abilities, self-confident, courtesy, enthusiastic attitude, passionate about his/her work.
- Contract duration: 1-year renewable;
