• Located in HCM City and reporting to Managing Director Asia in Hong Kong • Set up and manage a fast-pace, high-volume, efficient procurement operation including vendor selection, supplier assessment, export logistics, quality and human resource functions. • Responsible for the operational management of the two offices (HCMC & Hanoi) with the objective to guarantee the running of the business in accordance with the local laws and regulations, maintaining statutory compliance and to realize the agreed KPIs. • Providing leadership and management to the business and responsible for the day- to-day running of all the departments including Purchase, Quality, Finance, Human Resources and Administration • Offer local market intelligence and support direct sourcing of various product categories, e.g., furniture, etc • Maintain active communication flow with Hong Kong, Shanghai and UK, align with organizational strategy, and ensure adherence to compliance & guidelines. • Supplier/vendor management and development. • Drive social and environmental responsibilities.
