Mô tả công việc• Support Board of leaders to perform the tasks of planning HR strategy of the Company through specializing in and being responsible for recruitment, training, policy, wages and remuneration
• Develop regulations on wages and remuneration, measures encourage employees to work effectively, perform the regulations for employees
• Develop and implement a system of personnel assessment periodically

Yêu cầu công việc• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have 5 years working experiences in HR Manager position
• Experienced in the development of personnel assessment, corporate culture, treatment policies to attract and retain talents
• Experiences with build and implement KPI
• Experience in developing work processes in C&B, labor relations, policy solving, recruitment
• Detail oriented and has good sense of evaluating people
• Fluent in both English & Vietnamese communication
• Have good interview, evaluation, negotiation skills
• Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour law and regulations, market intelligence and networking
• Ability to make decisions, good management skills
Quyền lợi được hưởng• Monthy Salary: 1200$ – 1500$
• Probationary period: 02 months, 85% of monthy salary
• Bonus: 13th month salary, annual bonuses - annual holidays, travel & resort.

• Working time: 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday
