Mô tả công việc

HR Strategy
• Understand business strategies and organization challenges of the partnered functions and enable to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations
• Drive all assigned HR KPIs to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies.
Manpower planning
• Consul & support Head of partnered Functions in designing capable organization structure & planning sufficient manpower to deliver their business strategies & objectives in short/ medium/ & long-term.

Sourcing
• Build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable provide right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
• Implement the recruitment process complied with Company’s policy; e.g. screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, proposing remuneration package, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc.
• Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
• Build strong rapport with searching agencies.
Talent Development
• Able to identify hi-performers & hi-potential people of the assigned partnered functions.
• Consul and support Function Heads/ Line Managers in designing special development program and design career perspective to them.
• Closely follow up the development plans for this group of people and their actual progress to take prompt action on their career development.
• Build close rapport with hi-performers & hi-potential people to understand their insight, be a trust worthy partners to support them as needed.
Training & Development
• Consul Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
• Share with Talent &OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
• Follow up in post training evaluation and development.
Compensation & Benefits
• Lead the performance management in all partnered functions;
• Consul Function Heads to conduct salary review process for partnered functions;
• Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
Change & Culture building
• Support partnered Function Heads in integrating the Company’s culture to Team & department’s culture.
• Support partnered Function Heads in driving and managing change successfully whenever applicable.
HR Partnership
• Find a personal and professional way to approach the partnered functions and become their trustworthy & excellent HR Business Partner.
• Bring HR values to support business.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: University degree. Having HR management degree is compulsory required.
• Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the same position or similar job.
• Other qualifications:
 Possess strong sense of business acumen
 Possess High level of passion
 Excellent Leadership in building a good role model
 Able to coach & develop others
 Think out of the box & creative is preferable
 Professional grooming and appearance
 Good at Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing)
 Presentation skill
 Well organized & self disciplined
 Having an attitude of “making impossible possible”
 High sense of responsibility and teamwork
 Negotiation & Influencing skills.
