Mô tả công việc

• Understand Huboo customers’ needs and our conversion funnel to identify growth opportunities
• Create, manage, and execute a multi-channel marketing campaign
• Develop strategies and programs to build trusted relationships with influencers (streamers & pro-teams)
• Test different strategies and approaches and rigorously track the performance of marketing efforts to measure CPI and ROI
• Constantly building A / B tests to improve campaign’s effectiveness
• Scaling and Automating the growth processes

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of digital advertising, growth hacking, experience at a startup
• You are a master of the 80 / 20 principle and resist analysis paralysis
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis
• Strong attention to detail, be flexible, consultative and able to work independently at a fast pace
