We are looking for a young responsible person keen to work in an international environment from our office in Ho Chi Minh. Therefore, you will be in charge of the following tasks : • Perform reception duty, answering and directing phone calls • Ensure fluidity in the daily management of the office • Be in liaise with suppliers • Organize meetings/appointments, take care of internal reports • Generate a filing board system and a stakeholder’s database. • Write general emails, monthly newsletters working along with our administrative department in France. • Feed regular info on company’s social networks • Make regular follow-up with the company’s collaborators • Organize company’s team building events

You have graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent. We are looking for a fresh graduate or a 1 year professional experience in this field. • Fluent in Vietnamese • Good skills in English • Proficient with the Pack office and online applications • Interest in construction engineering and its innovations Autonomy, adaptability, responsiveness, trustworthy and high relation skills and sense of services are key drivers to succeed.
