ITCA is the leading global software License Compliance organization with proven success in identifying and converting software license in-compliance into licensed end-users. We pride ourselves in achieving high rates of compliance whilst maintaining excellent relations between the software vendor and the end user.
ITCA is expanding rapidly due to our success in the ASEAN region and are now seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven sales executive in software compliance to expand our operations in Vietnam and other countries in the ASEAN region.
We are looking for individuals fluent in both Vietnamese and English that have experience in high stake negotiations and possess a broad knowledge base of IT, business administration and related legal matters.
The position reports directly to the Regional Director ASEAN and will be responsible for initiating license compliance reviews and engagements with end-users, audits and criminal and civil procedures in close cooperation with government authorities and ITCA legal staff.
ITCA maintains offices throughout the region with Vietnam being an important market. For this role, the candidate will ideally live and work in Vietnam but candidates residing in other countries will also be considered.
The candidate will be responsible for initiating license compliance reviews and engagements with end-users, audits and criminal and civil procedures in close cooperation with government authorities and ITCA legal staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate case information daily
Engage with end-user
Perform research and/or direct the ITCA investigators
Update the case management and information system
Compile monthly reports on progress and results, reporting directly to the regional director ASEAN
Expand, train and nurture partnerships
Liaison with clients

Skill and Competencies:
The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven capability in managing complex situations in a calm and timely manner
Candidates must have solid experience in high stakes settlement/sales negotiations as well as managing customer expectations and forecasting of revenue targets.
Self-Motivated, and ability to work as part of a team but also independently
Strong business acumen
Analytical and with attention to detail
We prefer a broad knowledge base encompassing sales, marketing, IT and computer skills, legal knowledge and specifically software licensing. The candidate will be expected to hold a university degree or demonstrate a comparable working level and has 10+ years of experience in sales or comparable client focused roles.
Essential: Candidates should be able to communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese (written and oral)
Additional Asian language skills are highly valued
