MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Develop the marketing strategies, plans and budgets for our brands Emsa Garden, Esteras and Terraneo
- Develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities and manage the day-to-day marketing activities in order to meet the company’s sales objectives
- Establish price strategies and plans, develop promotion activities and measures to build brand connection with consumers
- Plan and implement communication and price strategies, category and brand management
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
- Conduct market research and specify individual market requirements
- Plan, budget and order advertising materials, partly sourcing in Vietnam, and printed matters
- Support distributors in Asia Pacific and in Middle East in their marketing activities
- Plan, budget and implement local and overseas fairs and exhibitions
- Implement both classic and digital marketing activities
- Organize and supervise photo shoots of products
- Produce video clips (factory, production process, products, fairs and exhibitions, showroom, etc.)
- Review and recommend of suitable brand agencies, media houses and other suppliers related to marketing communication
- Participate in package design, develop advertising campaigns, and choose media outlets, such as television, radio, Internet, billboards, or newspapers to promote their companys products, also build brand awareness through e-mail campaigns, newsletters, contests, celebrity endorsements, and product placement in television shows and movies
- Coordinate with sales managers to forecast sales and develop communication tools at channels
- Support sales managers for the main distribution channels (brand activation, promotion, brand image)
- Define KPIs for the channels and establish stretch goals for 3-6-12 month time windows
- Update and maintain the decoration of our factory showroom
- Cooperate with marketing colleagues at Emsa HQ in Germany

‒ University degree or post-graduate degree in Marketing
‒ At least 3 years experience in a marketing- or brand management-related function with a global brand manufacturer
‒ International orientation, open-minded, honest and reliable personality
‒ Team player with good analytical and logical thinking, result-oriented with a feeling for project times/deadlines
‒ Proficiency in English, Japanese or Chinese language skills would be a bonus
‒ Excellent computer, communication and presentation skills
‒ Able to work under pressure and accept to work overtime when required
