Office assistant for FURBREW FURBREW is growing. We started out having our brewery and office in Tay Ho but we have moved both brewery and office to Quang Minh Industrial Zone. To help us make our future successful, we are looking for an office assistant. Your job Your job will consist of many different administrative tasks. Handling the invoicing of our customers and doing the daily accounting will be a central part of your job. But you will also take care of many small and big administrative tasks in our office by supporting our management team, the brewery team, our delivery team and our sales team. Furbrew was started 2 ½ years ago and we have been growing ever since and we plan to keep growing. This means that you must be flexible and ready to change your daily routines when needed, but we also expect you to be part of creating or updating our routines when needed. You have the personality that will support us in making FURBREW unique.

You are a trustworthy person when it comes to dealing with customers and colleagues. You know the importance of being accurate and focused on details when doing invoicing and accounting tasks. You like to work independently but you know that being part of a team means that all must support each other. You like to have a work that changes and not is the same every day. We have customers both in Vietnam and abroad so it is important that you can communicate both in English and Vietnamese. You must be familiar with Google Drive and especially Google Sheets.
