Report to: Operations Manager Position purpose To monitor services to be booked accurately in accordance with program, the operations of tour guides while guests are en route and implement the SOP to maintain outstanding quality of service while ensure the company profitability. Key performance indicators - Check quotation, program and the reservation of each service upon receiving new booking from Sales Team. - Do Job Description/Welcome preparation for Tour Guide. - Do briefing Tour Guide about the details of program before starting the tour. - Follow-up with suppliers; tour guides and guests while guests are en route to ensure guest receives the outstanding quality of service. - Solve issues happen en route. - Ensure company profitability and quality of service (services must be booked accurately within budget, services are qualified the company standard, proper implementation the SOP, ect...).
MAIN ROLE Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, the position requires to be bilingual (Vietnamese and English) and will be responsible of the following tasks: Support the Marketing Team in managing the website, content and maintenance: • Work closely with the Marketing Team (Manager, Content Writers, Designer) to manage and update the content of our various websites: o http://phoenixvoyages.com/ o http://asiaholidays.info/ o http://voyages-coreedunord.com/ o http://micebyphoenixvoyages.com/ • Work closely with the IT Manager, hosting company and to be in direct contact with the web suppliers in order to fix the bugs, maintain the websites and handle minor updates. • Help to optimize the SEO of the websites and social media. • Manage the Database software and other business-specific applications. • Systems : manage the TourPlan software - In- charge of the daily operations of TourPlan. - Train the staff & assist them with all issues related to TourPlan. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
