Mô tả công việc- Responsible for dealing and taking care of customers from salesman.
- Projects information management, Customers information management, pushing sales process.
- Support management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail/telephone as required
- Follow up and complete purchase orders from customers.
- Contact with logistic agency for price and service, work on quotation for international customers, hand on all the documents related to Import and Export activities.
- Arrange meetings, book facilities/equipment, prepare agendas, attend meetings and execute duties of export issues (international business development and export Purchase Orders).
- Administration duties as core strategy of team.
- Other duties as assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu công việc- Graduated from University of Economics, University of Economics and Law, Foreign Trade - University... or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a similar position.
- Prefer to candidates have major and strong knowledge in Incoterm, Import and Export.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Vietnamese.
- Willing to learn new knowledge and skills, multi-tasking. Must possess high degree of adaptability
