We seek a team player to join TBP Automotive in an Operations position. In this role, the successful candidate will support the CEO by developing key processes for all parts of operating the startup business.
Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the company's daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and process optimization to achieve strategic and business objectives.
1. Day-to-day activities management
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of departments, including product, warehouse, logistics, marketing, and customer service.
- Ensure operational processes are efficient and comply with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to contribute to the success of sales.
2. Process setup & optimization
- Develop and implement procedures, systems, and policies to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- Regularly evaluate and improve workflows to optimize costs and time, prioritizing the use of new technologies and modern management tools.
3. HR management
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to perform their duties.
- Evaluate employee performance and propose incentives and development measures.
- Recommend salary, bonus, and employee benefits policies.

- Collaborate with the finance department to manage the operations budget, control costs, and optimize resources.
- Ensure operational activities achieve the highest economic efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all products and services meet the company's quality standards.

- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
