Mô tả công việc
- Plan and propose recruiting yearly budget and control the budget; - Develop recruiting policies and regulations; - Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, cost etc.; - Manage a full cycle recruitment process including screening candidates, scheduling and interviewing candidates; coordinating pre-employment physicals; preparing and extending offers, and onboarding of candidates and hires; - Develop and maintain good relationships with recruitment channels to support recruiting activities; - Proactively build networks to find qualified candidates (association memberships, universities, career fairs,…) and social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Vietnamworks,…); - Ensure required recruitment timeline and quality of recruitment; - Develop qualified candidates in advance of need; - Manage candidate’s database, job description; - Manage recruitment team members & coach them by daily activities; - Other HR and Admin tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 02-years experience in the same position, working in hospitality/restaurant is an advantage; - Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese; - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, creative & positive thinking, - Customer-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy and teamwork spirit; - Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
