1. Human Resource- Leading and coordinating recruitment procedures, including screening CV and short-listing candidates, arranging interviews with head of department and manager in charge;- Administering employment contracts, employee data and maintaining the leave management system;- Supervise completion of the monthly payroll, review and submit compulsory insurance and all kind of Personal Income Tax reports;- Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR related reports to local authorities and Headquarters.2. Administration- Coordinating various administrative and executive supporting activities connected to the office everyday operations, all in line with legislative requirements;- Dealing with suppliers in relation to the office operation contracts;- As an active member of the inventory asset management team, responsible for follow- up and maintaining records of the inventory, including insurance coverage;- Effective coordination of company cars’ schedules;- Monitoring statutory provisions, which are influencing any aspect of the office’s everyday life;- Responsible to maintain the representative office licence, company seal and submitting statutory reports of the RO as required by law;- Processing visa, work permit, temporary residence card, driver licence for expatriates in compliance with the prevailing legal regulations;- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents;- Organizing and facilitating meetings and other special events; - Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as allocated;- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
