- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất hàng tuần, tháng, quí dựa vào đơn hàng (QC check list)
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và báo cáo nếu kế hoạch thực hiện không đúng tiến độ để kịp thời khắc phục
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Sản xuất và Thu mua để lên kế hoạch cung ứng vật tư phù hợp, tránh tình trạng thiếu/dư vật tư
- Dựa vào báo cáo tồn kho và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thống nhất kế hoạch đặt hàng chính xác
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất và Kho để lên công theo lịch định, tránh rớt hàng
- Báo cáo thực tế định mực vật tư hàng tháng theo kế hoạch và đối chiếu công nợ thu mua vào cuối tháng
- Phối hợp với các Nhà đánh giá chất lượng để kiểm hàng
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất để có những hành động cải tiến, giảm chi phí
- Giải quyết hàng tồn kho, hàng rớt đảm bảo hàng xuất hết, không bị tồn kho thành phẩm cũng như tồn kho các chi tiết
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất để đảm bảo hàng hóa đóng gói đúng yêu cầu, bao bì in ấn chính xác
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp quản lí trực tiếp chỉ định.

- Support to find the new supplier to support production department by assessing if they can match the needed wood material, type of product, range of price.
- Negotiate the price with the supplier, depending on the quantity, the wood price changed at time.
- Send the technical drawing to the supplier to develop the first sample to see if the quality is finalized ok, then the supplier can get the green light to start their production.
- Place order to suppliers, arrange right products to right suppliers to meet the ship date requirement.
- Push and persuade the supplier to arrange the production schedule to meet the requested delivery time
- Monitor and check the quantity, the price after each the delivery from the supplier, then confirm to them so that they can issue the red invoice accordingly.
- Support to follow the supplier’s outstanding payment
- Following up the sample request for the customers in charge and arranging, monitoring the pick-up process to meet the cut-off time
- Support to order the needed material for making samples (HPL, shelf of seat/back of chair, cabinet if needed…)
- Preparing QC checklist providing all needed information (including the orders, sub-suppliers, delivery time, the special requirements of specific customers) to make sure all relevant persons to understand and follow up
- Support Supply chain Department for preparing ERP project.

- Phát hành lệnh sản xuất dựa trên kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Trực tiếp theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, thúc đẩy bộ phận sản xuất theo đúng kế hoạch đặt ra.
- Đóng lệnh sản xuất.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho giám sát kế hoạch hằng ngày.
