Sales Operation Assistant Manager

- Follow up all departments where instructed to receive the final updated information as required
- Support the SM and sales management levels to summarize all reports related sales plan
- Compile, prepare and summarize reports, memos, presentation material, correspondence and other documents related to sales plan
- Receive and check documents, letters, reports, plans, etc. from the departments before submitting to the Sales Director for approval.
- Support the SD in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities
Business Development Support
- Work with R&D and production department to fulfill customer orders
- Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

- At least 2 years of working experience in the position of an assistant or sales
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in performance management and business operations
- Well organize and coordinate in the workplace
- Planning and implementation skills
- Ability to synthesize, analyze and report
- Ability to plan and organize individual work.
- Good at English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writting)
