1. Upstream supply chain
- Manages directly with supply critical issue with the suppliers, that are escalated by stock controller (Buyer) and supports the containment, corrective and preventive actions (only if escalated by material controller)
- Communicates on critical issues with the other actors of supplier management: Supplier leader, SSCME, buyer, material controller, SQE…
- Escalates to SSCME the critical issues with K&C suppliers.

I. SUMMARY
The French Non-Governmental Organization Energies sans Frontières (ESF / Energies without borders) launched in 2016 a training program for domestic electricity installations in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). This Program is based on transfer of methodologies and pedagogic tools to Vietnamese teachers from 4 HCMC technical centers. The trainings are delivered to people from disadvantaged areas. In parallel to this action, ESF has opened an Incubator. This incubator is located in District 12 training center.
Incubator main purposes:
Support the start-up of micro-business enterprises by disadvantaged youths in domestic electricity installations.
Level up the Safety and Security Standard of Domestic Electricity based on ESF training program.
In order to launch this micro-structure and ensure it a sustainable activity, 2 temporary positions have been filled in HCMC with young professionals from France. Their skills are in administration, marketing, finance, project management, and they speak English fluently. One will be present in HCMC till the end of 2018, and the second till September 2019.
This position is worked under Schneider Electric Vietnam Company Limited.
II. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistance for completing installations in domestic electricity : taking orders from customers, validating schematics and technical options, listing materials required, costing and pricing (materials, labour, margin), checking safety, invoicing …
- Facilitate contacts between ESF team and locals by English-Vietnamese translation
- Human resources: control and follow up of each entrepreneur.
- Assistance to entrepreneurs for micro-business creation and development: registration, organization, financial management…
- Warehouse management (stocks, refilling …)
- Creation and safe record of documents (Word files, reports, Excel spreadsheets, fund statement, meeting minutes, mails).
