• Sell and promote the real estate products that the company is marketing; • Provide consultancy on investing in residential properties to customers; • Prepare, create and conduct sales presentation to customers; • Maintain and develop relationship with developers and customers; • Provide pre-sales and after sales service to customers (to handle any objections and resolve any issues); • Establish and manage close relationships with potential customers and purchasers; • Develop the customers’ database • Take part in sales related events such as conferences, training, seminars, and exhibitions; • Report regularly on sales activity.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 year experience in residential sales; • Knowledge about real estate market of Ho Chi Minh city and preferably Da Nang, Nha Trang and Ba Ria Vung Tau; • Ability to deal with multinational customers; • Pleasant looking, well-groomed, and ability to put-up a good appearance; • Advanced user of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point – necessarily); • English – advanced; • Ability to work under pressure; • Pro-active, good self-initiative, confident to talk, flexible, good team spirit.
