1. Arrange trucks- Manage pending Sales Orders in system to run auto planning in Transportation Management System (TMS) to arrange trucks & delivery goods to all North provinces (from both Warehouses & factories)- Closely coordinate with Sales team, Marketing team and dealers for smoothly delivery and secure Lead time- Co-ordinate with relevant sides such as: Dealers/ Transporters and Warehouses to solve all issues happened if any with “customer first” mindset 2. Control delivery- Check delivery documents and control shipments delivery in TMS system- Check & control overtime at warehouse to load goods on the trucks 3. Manage transporters to improve logistics distribution efficiency- Control KPI of transporters (truck capacity/ return/ late trip…)- Arrange quarterly meetings with transporters 4. Make reports- Monthly drop sales- Quarterly KPI transporters- Return Material Authorized (RMA) 5. Other jobs in outbound team when being assigned

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant majors• From 1 year of work experience at the same position• Intermediate English• Excellent Excel skill• Good analysis & calculation skill• Familiar with TMS, SAP and Power BI experience is preferable• Be willing to sign 9-month contract (temp)
