Mô tả công việc

American Scholar Group (ASG) AREA MANAGERS work in the Global Engagement division, supporting all admissions, recruitment, business development and sales initiatives in their assigned region/country.
AREA MANAGERS must be capable of problem-solving and performing a variety of duties from sales management & marketing to administration
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Achieve annual recruitment & sales targets
2. Propose business development plans to increase market presence and annual revenue growth
3. Support and facilitate Agents’ Education Fairs in Vietnam
4. Schedule, coordinate and execute routine agent visits in Vietnam
5. Support agents and Country Manager as well as global and headquarters staff in fulfilling information needs, including but not exclusive to application inquiries, school information, emergent requests, as well as any other necessary assistance
6. Develop new agents and broaden and strengthen such networks in Vietnam
7. Identify opportunities to build networks and facilitate growth and planning, including leveraging existing frameworks and creating new paths and solutions or refinements which result in powerful strategies and consequent growth
8. Schedule, coordinate and execute marketing events such as workshops, family trips, training trips, and other necessary and appropriate events to help with recruiting
9. Assist Country Manager by attending important events or education fairs in required situations
10. Communicate clearly and regularly through assigned reporting structures as well as upon an as-needed basis concerning your direct report and managing executives
11. Achieve recruiting target assigned by country manager
12. Attend any prescribed training and professional development activities as well as required Global Engagement strategic planning meetings
13. Participate in monthly or as-needed regional and recruitment evaluation.
Benefits & Compensation: US$15k to US$24k annually dependent on experience

Yêu cầu công việc

o Bachelor Degree (Any major)
o English Language Proficiency (Speaking & written communication)
o Experience in student recruitment & study abroad industry
o Passion for and experience working with high school aged youth
o Capable of problem-solving and working with teams of people
o Strong work ethic & self-motivated, capable of working independently to meet targets
Strongly Preferred:
o Proven student recruitment experience
o Established recruitment network
