Role synopsis:

Key accountabilities:
Plan & Develop B2B/ PCO OEM trade programs under sales budget and measure results through channel penetration performance.
1. Closely work with Channel Support Manager to monthly propose the new promotional programs (such as pricing, special support, customer event, etc)
2. Analyse and create the B2B/ PCO OEM Trade Support schemes. Prepare to ensure the scheme completely run by aligning to Sales and Marketing colleagues.
3. Co-work with team and other functions, such as Marketing, Finance, Supply chain to execute all trade support programs for primary and secondary customers
4. Align with marketing team to design leaflet and execute all Marketing programs
5. Manage related process and track trade programs’ performance versus planned target.
6. Monitor and update product brand distribution for power brands and propose action for improve to achieve target set

Implement B2B special support schemes:
1. Co-work with B2B Sales team to develop special support scheme for each specific customers.
2. Be gate keeper of company to check Delegation of Authority and verify process to implement the scheme
3. Prepare special quotation/ promotion letter for each customer
4. Follow-up performance and make the payment by monthly basic including accrual report
Manage Budget for B2B/ PCO OEM trade programs:
1. Plan and manage Trade and Rebate Budget (monthly and yearly plans) to provide for rolling forecast (RF) on-time and ensure B2B/ PCO OEM sales target achievement as well
2. Manage tightly the trade support budget to ensure all schemes are under control
3. Follow-up, control and make the payment by monthly basic including accrual report)
Conduct & implement proceeding for purchasing trade promotion items
1. Audit on site of potential suppliers.
2. Combine with team to define the new promotion items and find the best supplier following company tender process
3. Raise PSR/PO and make the contract with contractors
4. Follow up delivery schedule promotion items and make sure all items
5. Conduct the payment process for promotion items to Suppliers.
Others:

ROLE SYNOPSIS:

I. ROLE SYPNOPSIS
Develop demand plans for use in sales and operations planning and supply planning.

• Demand Planning Co-ordination and Projection

o Be responsible for Company Forecast Accuracy Performance

• Maintain and grow strong technical relationships with OEMs, major customers and corporate GLT to develop tailor-made products to meet individual requirements, recommend products with appropriate approval or performance requirements for these kinds of customers.
• Proactively drive leading edge technology product validation through field evaluation/trial demonstration working with Sales and Marketing teams to create market leading witness stories for Vietnam across all market spaces.

I. ROLE SYPNOSIS:

Lead the demand plan for assigned OEM accounts;
Planning and managing activity, budget, financial structure to achieve maximum gross margin
2. Execution:
Strengthen the strong partnership with existing OEMs.
Lead the development and execution of OEM training programs;
Activate the investment process for new and existing customers.
Boost and monitor the OEM orders, including foreign accounts in Cambodia: finalize the delivery date, prepare export documents and monitor other supporting documents from other departments such as logistics, forwarder, sales operations and finance.
Lead the complaint settlement to mitigate the performance loss and foster the professional image of Castrol.
Manage OEM distributors to deliver the sales KPI; Provide Leaderships and Supervision to the respective distributor team.
Deliver the annual volume and GM target of OEM accounts.
Monitor and track the volume performance of investment customers.
Proactively tracking the debt collection of OEM accounts on a monthly basis.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure timely posting business transations and processing invoices in accounting system (JDE) after checking/ verifying financial information and ensuring accounts payable records with approriated documentation and approvals.
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, staff claims or cash rebates.
- Verify the adequateness of all supporting documents for trade loan, signage, cash rebate and staff claims to ensure compliant with company policies and tax related (incl. informing line-manager the issue for late submission.
- Perform Balance Sheet Integrity monthly for AP accounts.
- Reconcile, follow up and ensure the settlement of staff credit cards and staff advances timely and accurately. Inform line-manager the late settlement as per policy guideline.
- Prepare and post accruals entries and deferred expenses entries.
- Monitor movements and aging of fixed and temporary advances.
- Follow the Financial Statement Close Checklist to assure timely and accurate month end closing of AP.
- Filing all accounting documents in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Check suppliers’ tax-code of all staff claim invoices quarterly.
- Collect and record invoices of telephone and staff mobile phone payment.
- Review staff claim report (Concur report) and make the adjustment if any mismatch during document checking. (e.g. Expense type, a/c coding, invoice no., tax ID, supplier name…).
- Ad-hoc reporting such as hotel usage, cash/credit cards, cash rebate dashboard report…

I. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Project Manager is initially accountable for establishing and mobilising the project objectives, as stated in the Statement of Requirement (SOR), during the preliminary project development stages of the project (Select). The Project Manager is then responsible for accomplishing the project objectives as stated in the SOR. The Project Manager is therefore BPs representative and is responsible for implementing BPs requirements specific to the project as well as the company’s requirements generally. To do so, the Project Manager must bridge the gap between the business (who identifies the opportunity the capital project addresses), operations and engineering (who ensure a technical solution is feasible and workable) and finally the contractors responsible for delivery of the project. The Project Manager’s purpose is to ensure that these competing interests are balanced for the benefit of BP.
This is a 24-month contract role.
II. KEY RESULTS/ ACCOUNTABILITY EXPECTED FROM ROLE
The key result for the role of Project Manager is the delivery of the new assets on time, on budget and producing high quality manufactured lubricants that meet the long term objectives of the business. These objectives must be met without any safety incidents during the design, construction or commissioning of the assets. To successfully deliver this result, the Project Manager is accountable for:
- A deep understanding of the business and project objectives and ensuring that the two are integrated.
- Challenging the business case to ensure ownership of the SOR and Financial Memorandum.
- The consistent and thorough implementation of safe practices throughout project development and delivery incorporating both process and personnel safety.
- Implementing clear and effective communications throughout the project team, stakeholders and interfaces.
- Development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan and Strategy.
- Ensure the timely planning, co-ordination and control the engineering, procurement construction and commissioning phases of the project.
- Development of Contracting Strategy (including procurement, fabrication, construction contractor, materials management).
- Manage contract disputes and the evaluation of contractor performance.
- Ensure clear agreement between the project and Gatekeeper of the project objectives and to achieve or better these.
- Effective management and control of risks from design through to installation and commissioning.
- Ensure timely close-out of all project risk and project assurance review action items.
- Timely, accurate and concise project reporting.
- Competently develop and document the Appraise to Execute stage strategies and plans to identify and manage project risks.
- Co-ordinate and represent the project for assurance and reporting, including regular project, steering committee and governance board reviews.
- Achieve the key delivery milestones for successful end of stage reviews.
- Be sufficiently detailed orientated to ensure that the Select, Define and Execute strategies are being implemented by BP and contractor teams.
- Ensuring delivery of the project to the parameters outlined in the SOR and Financial Memorandum.
- Guiding and mentoring the local Project Team to develop a thorough understanding of the BP’s Project Delivery methodology in accordance with Project Common Process version 4.
- Identifying and proactively managing a complex and diverse set of stakeholders both in country, regionally and globally to ensure alignment around the project objectives.
- Maintaining team integration and cohesion throughout all CVP stages of the project.
- Ensuring that BP is appropriately represented both technically and functionally throughout the VNFR Project’s development and delivery.
III. KEY CHALLENGES FACED ON THE ROLE
The Project Manager assembles the project team and ensures their suitability for their appointed roles. The Project Manager is responsible for aligning the project objectives with the business objectives and communicating the expectations for the project’s performance to the project team. The role then guides and monitors the project team to ensure they are working to the parameters agreed with the business for the project’s cost, schedule and quality targets. The key challenge for the Project Manager is therefore to provide guidance to both the business sponsor and the core project team (include contractors and contract staff) to ensure alignment between the parties.
The Project Manager is required to establish and maintain strong working relationships within the Project Team and with stakeholders to positively impact project development and delivery. In addition, the Project Manager has a role to ensure that BP’s expectations regarding its values, behaviours and code of conduct are met consistently throughout project development and delivery.
It is essential that the Project Manager can effectively manage the following activities:
- To understand and stay focused on priorities but remain flexible whilst delivering a very complex and highly integrated project.
- To understand the detail and be able to communicate this in a clear and concise manner.
- To manage formal and informal teams and external parties; relationship management is critically important.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Project Engineering & Quality Manager provides both engineering leadership to the initial design and development of the project and engineering assurance to BP during the FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases of the project. This position represents BP’s engineering requirements and works to manage the development of the design to those specifications. The Engineering & Quality Manager additionally owns and drives the PHSSER process and emergent actions from this process. The Engineering & Quality Manager is accountable for quality aspects of project management to ensure the project is executed in good quality (in line with lubricants Core Standards and Quality Standards Requirement), in time and within budget. The role will be responsible for the project quality assurance processes, systems and stake holder engagement throughout the life cycle of the project. Finally, the Engineering & Quality Manager is the main interface between BP and the conceptual design, FEED and detailed design contractors for engineering development work and its quality. The Engineering & Quality Manager also acts as the primary focus in ensuring that the design is constructed, tested and verified as per its original intent and in line with the Project Statement of Requirements and Basis of Design.

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITES
The role is responsible for ensuring design completion through the conceptual, FEED, detailed and field design
(construction) phases of the project. The role will also be the single point of contact for design questions from design contractors, technology vendors and constructors, reviewing and answering technical queries. The Engineering & Quality Manager ensures the development and delivery of a safe, reliable, technically advanced design that meets the long term needs of the business. These objectives must be met without any safety incidents during the design, construction or commissioning of the assets. The role is also responsible for implementing the Downstream Quality Management Guide on the VNFR Project in a practical and pragmatic manner to support successful project delivery. To successfully deliver CASTROL BP PETCO LTD. this result, the Engineering & Quality Manager is accountable for:
- Delivery of the Project in accordance with BP HSSE and ethical standards and in compliance with all relevant
statutory requirements including:
+ Delivery of the Project safely, on time, on budget and with fit-for-purpose quality.
+ Foster good working relationships with the New Entity Operations team, ensuring the Operation Team is
adequately prepared and set up for success for the eventual ownership of the assets.
+ Develop and mentor engineers on the team.
+ Ensure lessons learned are captured and incorporated into other projects as appropriate and in a timely
manner.
- Implementation of the Downstream Quality Management Guide for all CVP stages of VNFR Project.
- Ownership of the PHSSER process including the timely preparation of all process safety deliverables, including
HAZOPs, LOPAs, PHSSERs, etc. as appropriate. Management of subsequent actions arising from these reviews.
- Ownership and delivery of the requirements highlighted in the Engineering and Technology section of Pcp (v4).
- Ownership and delivery of the requirements highlighted in the Quality section of Pcp (v4) for all CVP stages.
- Ensuring the relevant lessons learned from other similar projects are used and that lessons learned during the
project are recorded and shared with other projects.
- Verifying the processes for determining engineering competence of personnel, contractors, consultants and
vendors are in place and adequate for the scope and nature of the Project.
- Verifying that a MoC procedure is in place and being used as intended.
- Ensuring that the appropriate personnel are involved in the relevant reviews and at the correct time in the project
cycle (e.g. HAZID, MAR, ISD, HAZOP, PHSSER, and other technical reviews).
- Development and delivery of all engineering objectives for VNFR Project.
- Ensuring that engineering design outputs are tested and verified at an appropriate, risk based level, and meet BP’s
requirements as per the Basis of Design as well as industry, Vietnamese and other agreed standards.
- Ensuring that detailed design is correctly implemented during construction and testing.
- Leading and managing technical integrity, and for ensuring processes and systems are in place for the
identification and management of engineering risk.
- Identifying engineering gaps and areas for specialist support and ensuring that Technical Authorities and
Lead/Discipline Engineers are available to support the Engineering Team.
- Ensuring that the appropriate regulations and industry standards are considered and adhered to throughout
project development and delivery.
- Ensuring that the relevant Engineering Documentation is consistently completed and then compiled into
designated folders and transferred to the new operating entity in a timely manner.
- Leading the preparation of fit-for-purpose Project specifications (and audit subsequent adherence to) these
specifications.
- Providing overall engineering assurance during plant construction, pre-commissioning and start-up.
- Development, implementation and management of a Quality Management Structure, Project Quality Management
Plans and Functional/Equipment Quality Management Plans that support delivery of the project is a safe and
sustainable manner.
- Delivery of the engineering, procurement, vendor and constructor quality objectives for the project which are to be
aligned to the detailed design and agreed equipment criticality ratings.
- Ensuring that the quality of engineering deliverables and designs (from both the engineering contractors, vendors
and contractors) are audited and tested against specified Industry, National and BP Standards and Specifications
to test compliance and long term functionality.
- Ensuring that QA/QC requirements are captured in procurement activities including tendering, tender evaluation
and final contract placement.
- Ensuring that all contractors, vendors and goods suppliers meet their contracted QA/QC requirement through the
establishment of risk based auditing and assurance processes that identify and address defects in a transparent
manner.
Key challenges of the role:
The Engineering & Quality Manager acts as first point of contact to ensure that engineering and design contractor
personnel are suitably skilled and capable. The Engineering & Quality Manager is responsible for guiding and monitoring the engineering an and Quality Management Plan and other core project documentation.
The Engineering & Quality Manager shall be required to establish strong working relationships with design contractors, vendors and stakeholders to positively impact engineering development and delivery and its quality control and assurance.

It is essential that the Engineering Manager can effectively manage the following activities:

- Manage BP staff to achieve the project goals.
The role is responsible for reviewing and recommending the approval of all design outputs for BP owner and shared
assets from Engineering Contractors. The role must therefore work with the Regional Engineering Manager and BP
Lubricants Engineering Authority to ensure that the design meets BP’s standards and will function as engineered.
HSSE Accountabilities:
HSSE accountabilities for the role of Engineering & Quality Manager include:
- The validation and approval of all engineering design deliverables.
- The review and engineering verification of proposed design changes post project Sanction.
- Ownership of the PHSSER process and timely management of associated actions.

Role synopsis:
Service and manage Industrial Distributors and Key Accounts and customers in the assigned territory. A Distributor is a business partner and an extension to the company business and the Distributor Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of a business plan for each Distributor. This will include the use of the WCSC (World Class Sales Call), ensuring the Distributor advocates the company products and services correctly, managing the Distributor Key customers and providing Distributors with all the required support to deliver value to customers.
Be able to deal with accounts in industrial sectors such as power, steel, cement, mining etc. and implement value selling (added) to these key accounts.
Key accountabilities:
The Job holder will be office and be in charge of Distributors/ Customers in assigned territory
1. HSSE (Health, Safety, and Security & Environment): To ensure full compliance to all HSSE and Ethics standards. The Sales Executive must ensure full compliance to all HSSE and Ethics standards and policies. This will include informing Distributors of the HSSE and Ethics standards of the company. Appropriate Training and Development plans for the Distributors business will need to be identified and communicated to Sales Training. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for managing the implementation of the Training initiatives.
2. Growth: To achieve and exceed Sell Volume and Value targets: Responsible for achieving the Volume and Value targets for Castrol and/or BP brands within the designated territory. This responsibility is NOT confined to the SELL IN volumes/values only; Also be responsible for helping the SELL OUT volumes/values of all Distributors (i.e. the Secondary Sales).
To maintain good relationship with existing distributors/dealers and customers for growing industrial lubricant
3. Efficiency: To maximize Efficiency and Productivity. Responsible for ensuring the Company’s resources are fully utilized for the mutual benefit of the company and all customers; Plan and execute a journey plan that maximizes sales and the best use of the in-call time; Responsible for supplying accurate sales forecasts.
4. Customer: Ensuring Distributors are managed in a world-class way. Responsible for delivering value to Distributors through the professional delivery of a WCSC; in addition, responsible for developing and implementing a business plan for the distributor. The Distributor relationship must be based on good business practice. A regular business review must be conducted with the Distributor.

• Act as BP Contract Accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout for Administrative contracts including labor providing service (storage & handling, filling, gardening, cleaning), catering service, etc. as specified in COMPASS.
• To act as Risk Owner, responsible for risk assessment and management of activities in Administration.
• In the capacity of Field Inspector, ensure timely completion of Field Inspections as per the annual plan, document all comments in eWells, and ensure appropriate actions to address findings are assigned, documented, and monitored to closure as per the procedure.
• Maintain awareness of the Product Stewardship and Product Compliance processes, responsibilities and accountabilities which impact or involve the immediate team and broader business function.
• Maintain the competencies and capabilities needed to properly execute and complete specific Product Stewardship and Product Compliance actions, activities, and responsibilities assigned to this role.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- This role PCO/OEM (Passenger Car Oil/ Original Equipment Manufacturer) Distributor Manager will influence country performance in all geographies that’s operating. The role will also liaise closely with PCO/OEM marketing network to fully leverage and contribute to this important space.
- This role will work closely with National PCO/OEM Sales Manager and Sales Operation Manager to deliver excellence in all areas where we touch our customers - customer support, sales support, technical service, credit control, product demand management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
- Implement PCO & OEM strategy; implement the World Class Sales Call (WCSC) and key account management system to achieve targeted KPIs such as top line growth of increased volume, turnover and margins.
- Develop and maintain the positive partnership with PCO and OEM accounts.
- Maximize the competitive advantages in PCO to deploy the opportunities for OEM and vice versa.
- Provide our distributors with timely and quality advice/ consultation/ supports.
- Manage the PCO & OEM key account system in HCMC & Southern provinces and develop action plans to keep the systems going on track as per the approved strategy, including
- Conduct the commercial analysis and shape customized offers to different accounts in line with the country’s PCO/ OEM strategy.
- Proactively keep track and analyse the market situations to propose periodical or one-off action plans which help to anticipate the market needs and competitors’ movements
- Implement Marketing & Sales programs and initiatives for managed key accounts.
- Identify training needs and the required knowledge and competencies to win within this market space
- Actively establish internal and external best practice initiatives and share these across our business; actively contribute in other Sales projects and networks when required
- Embed and be instrumental in driving a culture of compliance with BP’s Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery Corruption and competition law at distributors and key account customers.
