• Perform periodic system health check and monitoring. • Maintain the day-to-day operations in the hospital facilities and hospital network. • Provide Level 1 support of PCs, hardware, software problems, networks and etc and to escalate problem issues to respective teams such as Team Leader or Manager – MIS Site support. • Support and maintain company’s internal IT infrastructure including end-users. • Keep track of version upgrade and software licensing. • Assist in conducting end user trainings. • Assist Manager, MIS support & Team Leader, MIS Support in any other related duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for carrying out standard of nursing care and treatment of her patients during her shift. • Receive shift report of the patients details and condition and render care appropriately. • Visit every patient, assess condition, and implement nursing care plan to achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes. • Take and document the vital signs of the patient and inform the relevant doctor of any abnormalities. • Responsible for collection of specimens when ordered, ensuring correct labeling. • Ensure consultants orders are carried before the end of each shift. • Administer medications to patient according to standard operating procedure. • Carry out dressing using strict aseptic technique as per policy and procedure. • Treat all patients with consideration and courtesy with respect for culture and religion. • Supervise the cleanliness of assigned area or the ward. • Check DDA and controlled drugs, emergency trolley, portable oxygen for each shift. • Ensure that all items used for the patients inclusive of medications, surgical supplies are duly recorded and charged. • Carry out inventory on surgical items and equipment for each week. • Maintain patientss safety by taking preventive measures against accidents and incidents. • Responsible to report to Charge Nurse/Supervisor of any incidents. • Take personal responsibilities of own professional development. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Position Summary - To manage customer service operations which includes patient registration, telephone services, medical records, cashier, and night audit, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize clinic’s efficiency and effectiveness. Job Description - Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data. - Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits - Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored - Provide patients with support and guidance as needed - Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone. - Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients. - Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Schedule appointments between doctors and patients. - Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates. - Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Reporting To: General Director (General Manager) Position Summary: - Overall in-charge and accountable for the financial affairs of the hospital. Monitor the financial viability of the hospital by establishing appropriate financial plans and budgets. - Ensure that the financial affairs of the hospital are carried out in accordance with the organization goals and policies. - Strong accounting & finance background with solid 4 years+ working experience or public accounting audit senior/equivalent level with good analytical, management, people and communications skills. - Good business working English level. - Well versed in Microsoft office Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Hand on supervising and managing accounting system and records to ensure conformances with general accepted accounting (both local and international) standards and company policies and SOP; 2. Well versed on both front and back office accounting application with key functions and modules analyzing data, census, and contributions margin; 3. Other tasks include cash management, collections of accounts, inventory management, pricings, contribution margins, inter- company transactions and pricing, group reporting for consolidation purposes as required, forex regulations, foreign loans approval and registrations, and other related matters; 4. Tax compliance and reporting; 5. Effectively handling tax audit or finalization and annual external audit, and any related or similar duties; 6. KPI for staff development and training and assessment; 7. Any other related or as requests from BOD.

Reception: Greet every patient/customer that walks into the hospital. Position at the counter at all times. Provide customer care to patients and their relatives and/ or attend to enquiries with regards to hospital services and facilities from the public or corporate clients. Register, screen and assign patients to the appropriate wards/consultants. 3. Billing and cashier: Perform billing and cashiering duties and other related tasks.
