- Review passenger list before the arrival of cruise
- Welcome guests in Cruise Center, inform the regulations, activities, program for guests, take care of guests during the cruise until disembarkation
- Take care & manage guest relations for all inspections/ FAM trips on (to the) board, VIP handling
- Check and supervise the quality, hygiene of food & beverage for guests & crew, hygiene of guest room and public areas on board
- Collaborates with Tour Guides on fun and safe excursions
- Collaborates with Captain to insure a smooth sailing. Insures boat safety, security and emergency preparedness. Maintain and control on board passenger and crew safety
- Creates a positive and memorable passenger experience
- Inform to related dept about all the complaint, bad comments with GCC and send the internal investigation report for any case happened during cruise shift
- Responsibility for daily, weekly & monthly reports to Operation Manager/ Operation Director
- Insure operating standards, rules and regulations are maintained on the board
- Maintain customer satisfaction, handle complaints and ensure the best service for clients
- Assist to control the cost, increase the selling revenue & profits, conduct monthly
- Supervise and train all the staffs on boat; Mentors, motivates the crews and resolves crew issues
- Suggest the solutions of service improvement and cost reduction
- Cooperate with accounting department to do the monthly inventory
- Report all the small maintenance to DOO- Technical Dept & QCC; record the service issue which relating to long term maintenance.
- Assign standby staff to help technical dept if needed during dry dock period
- Cooperate with Sales/Marketing
staffs to organize events
- Prepare the contingency solutions and handle the unexpected araising incidents, issues during the cruise.

- English fluency- At least 3 years experience of Supervisor or HOD in hospitality services.
