Mô tả công việc- To conduct orientation training for new employees on Esquel Code of Conduct, EHS, WRAP, C-TPAT requirements.
- Follow up together with Employee Relation officer for all grievance system.
- Contact supplier to conduct environment measurement, make environment monitoring report quarterly.
- Follow up all waste management, make regulated waste management report to authorities twice per year.
- Monitoring occupational accident, make report and conduct investigation, root cause analysis.
- Monitor and follow up all equipment with special requirement on occupational safety to ensure all operation/inspection license are valid and updated.
- To prepare relevant documents for buyer’s, third-party audit on Social responsibility, environment management.
- To assist CSR manager on factory audit on Social compliance, EHS and C-TPAT base on Company’s Code of Conduct.
- Monitor factory progress in corrective action base on internal and external audit report.
- Monitor and update Environment Management System, co-operate with other department on updating the Environment Impact Evaluation.
Yêu cầu công việc- University degree, preferably major in Environment Engineering or technician or more than 2 years-experience in handling Labor/EHS issues in garment/footwear factories
- Good in both written and spoken English, and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, word, PPT)
- Knowledge of Vietnam labor law, Environment- Health and safety regulations and international labor, EHS standard
- Good communication, (both written and verbal), presentation, and influencing skills
- Understand ISO system (14001 EMS, 45001…)
