We seek a skilled and dynamic chef with a background in western cuisine, focused on American and French cuisine to working together with our team develop a new F&B project across Vietnam. As Executive Chef, your expertise in creating and developing the recipe for our menus while your leadership inspires and fosters our staffs. Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities o Be a visionary with a passion for culinary and industry trends to be a key driver in our venue expansion and concept development to ensure our offerings are that of market leaders o Responsible for maintaining a high level of consistency in delivering food product quality, competitive food costs and ensuring the Food & Beverage direction aligns with the company vision and the brand vision. o Leads management team and colleagues by example and ensures the working environment is based on trust, integrity and open communication. o Focuses on regional and sustainability by sourcing local products through the development of relationships with local farmers and vendors to ensure high-quality products are utilized in keeping with the vision for an authentically local approach to our venues o Leads the preparation of menus suitable, focusing on quality, creativity, presentation, guest expectations and trends o Controls culinary and stewarding colleague’s productivity/payroll within established criteria based on annual budgeted figures o Controls all food inventories while maintaining food cost which has been forecasted within the budgeted guidelines. o Ensures all aspects of health and safety are maintained & exceeded according to Vietnam Food Administration of Health Ministry. o Ensures that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and is properly maintained and utilized o Participates in budgeting, capital planning and all food and beverage planning o Active participation in senior leadership activities and meeting o Performs any and all other tasks which are assigned

Qualifications o Minimum 10+ years’ experience in all areas of culinary field including; previous experience as an Executive Chef o Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management is required o Proven abilities in attaining targets in all key measurements relating to financials, guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and standards compliance o Demonstrated ability to build a strong team through recruitment, development, and organization o Strong leadership ability with specific strengths in quality production and innovative style o Proven ability to achieve fiscal targets through implementation of inventory control logistics o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications o Proficiency in English is a plus.
