Mô tả công việc

- Supervise all Housekeeping employees and has the ultimate responsibility to ensure that the property provides salable,
well-furnished and maintained apartments, public and staff areas.
- Responsible to implement departmental Standard Operating Procedures by which the highest possible degree of
cleanliness, maintenance and aesthetic value is achieved.
- Ensure excellence in Housekeeping sanitation, safety, comfort and aesthetics for tenants.
- Responsible for the development of all training programs within the Housekeeping Department and ensure proper
implementation throughout the Department.
- Ensure smooth, timely communication with all Departments and in particular Front Desk and M&E.
- Inspect all areas periodically and follow up employee performance quality, and quantity of work repair and maintenance
of apartments, public and staff areas.
- Review all performance of subordinates in the area of discipline, termination and promotion.
- Approve all supply requisitions
- Maintain a lost and found department and responsible for all lost and found items.
- Keep excellent records and inventory controls to forecast future expenditure including any potential enhancements of
FF&E in the apartments, staff or public space areas.
- Submit reports on preventive Housekeeping maintenance and analysis of loss/usage per occupied apartment on every
major expense category including but not limited to labor, chemicals, guestroom supplies, linens, laundry, uniforms and
any other relevant subject.
- Recommend capital expenditure and special repair and maintenance programs in all areas of the department
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years Housekeeping management experience
- Experience scheduling and supervising a group of up to 80 associates
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Extensive knowledge of linen pars and inventory control.
- Full understanding and knowledge of on-premises laundry operation
- Demonstrated aptitude for the financial aspects of a housekeeping operation, including cost control and management of
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer and personal service including needs
assessment, problem resolution and achievement of quality service standards.
- Knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function.
- Ability to manage staff in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
- Proficiency in English
