- The job scope is to support Homag Group machinery service and installations principally in Vietnam, but with some regional travel expected, with the following responsibilities - Dealing with customer’s requests for service and technical support of Homag Group machines- such as edgebanding, CNC and Panel saws, sanding and other machines. - Supporting the spare parts dept with the identifying/processing and ordering of spare parts - Making sure we have regular contact with the service/training requirements of furniture manufacturers in Vietnam, via telephone support, courtesy visits, and performing health checks on specific machines - Ideally candidates should have a high level background of mechanical and/or electrical engineering, be capable to use and repair control systems, and set up remote diagnostic connections to machinery. - Service for CNC Machine , Panel Saw Machine, Edge Bending Machine, Florring Machine , Sanding Machine through Viet Nam
As a HOMAG Professional Service Technician you will be responsible for executing a variety of issues including: - Installations - Take responsibility for efficient and timely installation of HOMAG Group machines - Customer Training – Train the customer on machine specific subjects in a structured and clear manner - Remote support – trouble shooting
