Responsibilities: Create the master plan to build the HR system developing project for HR department Study all functions of Human resources department to create the detail plan for the project. Analyze the collected requirements in order to build the working processes for HR department Create the connections in these processes among HR and others departments/ training centres Develop and implement Human Resources systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality Be a coordinator between HR and IT in providing the HR requirements, testing and deploying the HR system Work with IT to develop user guide for HR system Instruct the users how to use HR system Ad-hoc tasks if required

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited University Already at the same position with at least 3 years experience in developing the HR software Knowledgeable in remuneration best practice, HR application development, governmental regulations relating to human resources Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner High flexibility and ability to implement HR functions Good leadership skills and cross cultural understanding Good presentation and persuasive skill Language: English Computer: MS Office, ERP/ SAP/ HR systems
