Administration:

Job description:
Product Regulatory’s responsibilities
• Work continuously with Product Regulatory Affairs personnel and other stakeholders to relay requirements impacting formulations, specifications, processes or related aspects. Continuously apply current regulations to existing products and make required changes.
• Prepares and submits the registration dossiers, and relevant follow-ups for all Nu Skin products.
• Artwork review and labeling compliance with local regulations.
• Advise relevant stakeholders on the development of product collaterals and other product-related materials and obtain relevant licenses from Vietnam Food Administration & Ministry of Health.
• Support the government audits, pre and post inspections.
• Key contact to the regulators of the Ministry of Health in Hanoi.
• Regulatory Collaboration with Corp/Regional Regulatory & Product Label (Logistic) team as well as 3rd party consultant (if any).
• Monitor relevant regulations through relevant government websites, consultants, publications, interaction with government officials, trade associations, and training.
• Work continuously with Corporate Liaisons to communicate requirements impacting specifications, processes, and product-material content; work with regional cross-functional dependents to build in requirements as practical to the business

Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Recognition
1. Handle distributor recognitions such wall of fame, success magazines, and website
2. Prepare daily/monthly/ quarterly KPI reports (Monthly/quarterly Business Review, oversea purchase report, recognition list) to provide analysis on performance reports to give higher management more insight about the leaders and business
3. Support management pin and awards inventory
4. Review and assist in implementing new sales programs/initiatives by providing internal trainings and communication materials
5. Support management the distributor communication such as Net Express, Executive express from sales events/ programs/initiatives
Distributor Compliance (DC):
1. Educate distributors and the team about the Policy & Procedures to protect the Companys image and the business opportunity
2. Investigate and research for possible violations
3. Prepare and maintain accurate, organized Case Files and provide Regional Distributor Compliance with all necessary case information
4. Communication between the Account Managers and Regional Distributor Compliance & legal team concerning compliance cases

Manage Distributor accounts and provide maximum support to prevent fall-out of qualification status, including setting goals, participating/ holding/attending strategy meetings and planning sessions of Distributors.
• Monitor goals set and provide necessary support to achieve these goals.
• Monitor Distributors account. Report status of the account including the interventions made to maximize retention and prevent qualification fall-out.
• Solve Distributors problems and concerns, carefully considering Distributors’ personal circumstances as well as the interests of the Company using the policies and procedures as a guide.
• Inform Distributors of the Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan, Automatic Re-Ordering Program, and all other programs and regulations which affect Distributors and remain updated on current information.

- Receive ideas and suggestions from Distributors, and convey that information to proper personnel within the department.
• Tracing and tracking inquires
- Resolve Distributor and Retail customer concerns for missing and damaged shipments
- Research and initiate shipment and reimbursement claims with current shipping agents
- Communicate with Distributors and Retail customers to respond to and resolve product returns inquiries and requests
• Resolve Distributor and Retail customer concerns regarding plausible Sales Order and refund calculation errors by Company with the help of Finance Department
• Resolve Distributor and Retail customer inquired relating to stop payments, overages/ shortages and reimbursement or charging modifications.
• Physical knowledge of and familiarity with products and sales aids with regards to affiliate availability, pricing, weights, shelf lives, lot numbers, usage and general ingredients.
