POSITION PURPOSE STATEMENT
This position requires the ability to design, implement all activities under training and recruitment to satisfy the needs of Talent management (acquisition, retention), Succession Planning (promotion, transfer) and general human resources management.
A. Talent Management (Training & Development)
1) Develop Training Competency Skills Matrix, Skills Gap Analysis and Integrated Program. Ensure the effective implementation of the programs.
2) Coordinate with line manager to set up company training plan; Set up Training internally or/and externally as per demand of company.
3) Monitor department manager the training/evaluation effectively.
4) Flow up the training assessment process properly of employees; collaborate with department manager for utilizing new knowledge applicable
5) Record properly of internal/external training record. Ensure all compulsory trainings are on-time and in accordance company requirement.
6) Contact vendors to receive public course schedule, cost, course outcomes; proposal the proper course to employees.
7) Manage training budget, requisition form, training bond accordingly.
8) Support/notify/guide employees about advancement, entitled expenses, claim process to ensure high level of service offering.
9) Support line manager for succession planning; identify high potential employees, create/ implement the development talent management plan.
10) Distribute Performance Appraisal (PA) on-time, accurately; record PA results properly.
11) Being the trainer to conduct the proper training as requested line manager.
B. Talent Acquisitions (Recruitment)
1) Coordinate with relevant department to write the job description
2) Create/ implement the effective recruitment process, and self-participated in selection.
3) Instruct to departments to ensure recruitments process are strictly following company WI.
4) Announce/advertise job recruitment on-time, accurate, satisfying the confidential requirement and cost effectiveness.
5) Approach candidates actively through different channels to have diversity talent candidates (including Job Fair in local area and/or other provinces).
6) Screen applicants CV; conduct interviews; manage interviewing process.
7) Give proper evaluation about candidates to related manager on selection decision; to ensure the offer sending to the best qualified candidate on-time/accurate; and to attract candidate’s interest.
8) Conduct the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees.
