• Provides a friendly and personalised welcome for guests
• Offers an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attends all training sessions as scheduled.
• Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
• To maintain good working relations with other departments such as:
o Sales & Marketing
o Front Office
o Housekeeping
o Engineering
• May be assigned to perform duties of Restaurant or Banquet when needed.
• May be assigned to prepared Fruits baskets for VIP and long staying guests
• May be assigned to act as butler for VIP when needed.
