CORPORATE SECRETARY - Ensure all corporate documents, i.e. charter, ERC, IRC, share certificates, etc. are renewed, updated on time, valid at all time, and in line with applicable laws and business models of the Company; - Support regulatory issues relating to the operation of the Company, including governmental filings, licenses, permits, and approvals of the Company. CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS - Draft and review, including sales and purchase agreement, lease agreement, services agreement, construction-related contract, NDA, MOU, etc.; - Administrate the execution, filing, renewal and/or extension of all transactional documents; - Support relevant departments of the Company in negotiation with counterparties regarding contracts and agreements of the Company. OTHERS - Support in management of contractual claims by counterparties; - Support in litigation and arbitration proceedings that the Company is involved, either as claimant or respondent; - Support other administration tasks of Legal Department; - Research and update relevant departments of the Company on new legal regulations regarding corporate, investment, real estate, environment, M&A; - Other tasks as may be assigned by the Legal and Compliance Manager.

- To implement Customer Development and Marketing Strategy, seek for new customer, conduct project presentation, engage in marketing networking event, customer development activities to achieve the customer development target, following the company code of conducts - To present to the potential prospect the necessary investor information/regulations related to the WHAs project, and customer support on Project Investment in WHAs VN IZ (Before - After Sales) - To negotiate for the commercial terms and contract as approved by CD Director, and coordinate with internal parties/ relevant authorities to conclude and execute the contract - To seek for new leads and be responsible on Sales/Marketing networking/events or other activities for business promotion - To maintain good Customer Relationship, to promote and share the company goodwill with customer and relevant parties - To report all activities directly to CD Director and to proceed other related works as assigned by CD Director
