ACCOUNTABILITIES
Category and channel understanding
• Understand wound care/ breath care/ skin care dynamics, competition, retailer insights to identify and propose growth opportunities in order to achieve annual sales plan
• Understand the value chain map to support channel penetration.
• Understand the metrics of identified channel segment – universe / numeric reach / weighted reach, competitive intensity, influencers and decision makers, identify their behavior and habits, including problems and key business drivers
• Identify key competitors and substitute products, proposition and predict likely future trend and user behaviors.
Responsible to develop Market Coverage Plan for OTC channel and new channel for Consumer Health Care Division
• Pricing Strategy Development
- Develop clear pricing structures for every segment with distributor
- Understand full “pocket pricing” principles after rebate and promotional schemes
- Understand distributor P&L and channel rebates scheme
• Distribution Strategy Development
- Propose and align with Channel Strategy to implement for the targeted product groups from a mix of 1st Tier distributor, 2nd Tier Sub-Distributor, pharmacies and direct customers

• Sales Plan and Report

Appointment : Senior Sales Engineer
Market Segment : Power Utilities (Electrical)
Reports to : Sales Manager
Core Products: Utility terminations & splices/joints, tapes, electrical supplies, cool/heat shrink products, resins, etc.

1. Work Location:
3M Head Office, 20F Mapletree Business Center, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh Blvd., Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC
2. Major Responsibility
Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments with minimal supervision.
3. Job Expectations
- Be accountable for promotion and sale of a broad range of products/solutions in the Power Utilities / Electrical market segment under the direction of Sales Manager.
- Forecast sales to identify trends to capitalize on proactive selling solutions.
- Develop new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of larger accounts.
- Calling on customer within assigned area or accounts.
- Utilize excellent products/solutions and customer knowledge to act as a consultant for high-level customer contacts regarding customers present and future needs.
- Encourages partnering as a mean toward account penetration and increased profitability.
- Be accountable for sales forecast accuracy & weekly activities
- Be pro-active to work closely with Utility (EVN and its subsidiaries) & Industry End Users to get/update their needs.

2. Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments.
- Be accountable for promotion and sales of a broad range of products/solutions in the assigned market segment – Constructions/General Industry - under the direction of Division Manager.
- Create a sales plan that will enable enhanced relationships with end users/accounts and distributors in designated territory.
- Forecast sales to identify trends to capitalize on proactive selling solutions.
- Develop business network and new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of larger accounts.
- Calling on customers within assigned segment. Increase share of wallet in the top 100 accounts.
- Utilize excellent products/solutions and customer knowledge to act as a consultant for high-level customer contacts regarding customers present and future needs.
- Encourages partnering as a mean toward account penetration and increased profitability.
- Develop the channel coverage for construction and genera industry by setting up new effective channel partners.
- Build and develop the sales out competencies of assigned territory’s resources.
- Coordinate with Technical & sales Team to implement the sales blitz for new product launching and signature products/go-to products.
- To be SME and leader for assigned specific sales projects, market segments.
- Coordinate and support to drive the marketing activities (VOCs, VOMs, workshop, tradeshow, exhibitions, seminar, market survey..)with marketers.
- Be accountable for sales forecast accuracy.
