Main responsibilities:
Monitor construction schedule, and keeps track of progress and alerts the Main Contractor & Project Team to conditions that may lead to delays in the completion of work or when the construction schedule falls behind.
Lead the Project Team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approved drawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
Review construction documents, materials submission and report to PM for approval.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building & safety regulations.
Communicate/Coordinate with Consultants regarding the daily progress and problems associated with construction.
Predict and monitor Construction Risks (manpower, cost trend, market trend, etc) and report to PM.
Provide documentation and written record as to the progress, site problems, solutions, inspections, change orders, Meetings, shop drawings, materials, and other items that reflect the progress or lack of.
Receive and responds to the Contractor for information and coordinates those MC’s requests with Consultants.
Review changes as submitted by the Contractor (with Consultants’ comments) and report to PM for approval.
Observe test required by the contract documents and/or as part of systems operations.
Maintain records on the construction site in an orderly manner, including correspondence, contract documents, change orders, reports of meetings, product data, drawings, etc.
Certify work done and Reviews request for payment.
Provide a record of any occurrence of work that might result in a claim for a Change Order.
Control Consultants’ activities following Contract of Service provider.
Review the Construction Defect List to be completed with the Contractor and Consultants for certifying the Certificate of Completion.
Manage transfer/handover stage.
Coordinate with relevant authority, inspector in compensation and clearance issues of the project within the schedule/progress of the project

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management.
Working Experience:
At least 10 year experience in the field of design and construction of civil including 3 - year experience at relevant level in project management is required, preferably with developers.
Expertise:
Construction: Deep knowledge about building materials, necessary methods and tools in building factories, or other infrastructures such as roads and bridges;
Construction technique: creativity, apply science and technology practically, including the application of principles, techniques, procedures and equipment in many areas of construction, electricity, water etc… to design and build various infrastructures;
Design: deep knowledge about design techniques, tools, construction principles of detailed drawing, perspective drawing and sketching;
Labor safety and environmental hygiene: deep understand about equipment usage guidelines, policies, procedures and technical rules in order to effectively communicate to subordinates, contribute to ensure the safety for the labor in the construction process of infrastructures;
Law: deep understand and update legislation information related to Investment Real Estate, processes, rules and technical standards in the construction industry, with the ability to adapt the changes of legal environment in Viet Nam. Have strategic visions on the direction of investment and business development of the company.
